Aquatic CranioSacral Therapy Melding into an ideal body temperature and buoyant saline pool, aquatic craniosacral therapy utilizes the healing properties of water to deeply relax the nervous system, expand sensory perception through weightlessness and enhance a sense of fluidity on a cellular level. Compared to other aquatic therapies, there tends to be more stillness, less directed movement in the water and a greater sense of free flow as the practitioner follows the needs of the body.
